My barre classes are focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements that help you stay strong, present, and more connected to your body.
I describe my style as energetic, empowering, with dynamic movements, intentional sequences, and killer playlists. I believe that movement is more about feeling good and less about looking good.
My goal is to inspire and uplift you to have the courage to show up as your authentic self, and come as you are today!!!
